All Rhianon Rose Ceramics are handmade one-off pieces. It is the nature of handmade ceramics that natural variation occurs in colour, shape and design. While every effort has been made to accurately photograph pieces for sale, this variation is part of the charm and while your happiness is my priority, I don’t generally accept returns if your item slightly surprises you when it arrives. 


Please treat these handmade ceramics with the care and love with which they were made. Unless otherwise stated they are made from high-fired stoneware and should be durable and long-lasting. As the creator, however, I am not responsible for breakages or damages after I send your piece to you. Please let me know if you wish to purchase shipping insurance as this is not included in the shipping price. I will take great care in packing your piece as safely as possible, but I am not responsible for what happens after it leaves my hands.
